Who we are

This website, newroofsaberdeen.com, is operated by 121 Roofing, a roofing business serving Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. You can contact us about this policy at mrssutherland1@icloud.com or on 07984 137013.

What we collect

When you use the callback form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, postcode or area, the service you are interested in, the best time to call and any message about your roof. For security, the IP address the form was sent from is included with the enquiry.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange any visit and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered by email. Our website hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf in order to deliver it. We do not otherwise share your details unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for any period required for legal, tax or insurance purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and some pages include an embedded Google Map. When these load, Google receives your IP address and the Google Map may set cookies of its own. Google's privacy policy explains how it uses that information.
